Starting today, you can trade\u00a0commission free<\/strong>\u00a0and with\u00a0no account minimum\u00a0<\/strong>in stocks listed on the\u00a0Egyptian Stock Exchange.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We promise that to always prioritize your experience and try our best to make your journey seamless. On your part, just provide us with your feedback and needs as you have done over the past few months.<\/p>\n

Ultimately,\u00a0Thndr is all about access.\u00a0<\/strong>Financial inclusion is not about just having a bank account. The idea for Thndr sprouted back in 2016 as I was advising on the sale of a bank. I realized how inaccessible financial products were to the general population. This is when I decided to make investing accessible to everyone my lifetime mission. Following my stint in banking, my journey at\u00a0Uber<\/strong>\u00a0taught me how to use technology to offer a comprehensive and seamless experience that is built around the user. Through the combination of my banking and tech experiences, I felt that I was finally prepared to focus full time on Thndr\u2014 With the clear mission of removing all barriers and friction that an individual would face throughout their investment journey, while empowering them with the right resources and tools.<\/p>\n

On August 12, 2020 we received our brokerage license from the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), granting us authorization to conduct securities brokerage services in Egypt. This is a huge milestone for an Egyptian technology company like Thndr, one reached with the help of all of our early supporters who believed in us and signed up for early access from the very start.\u00a0Thank you \u2013 we wouldn\u2019t be where we are today without your feedback and engagement.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are grateful for the support of a\u00a0progressive Financial Regulatory Authority<\/strong>\u00a0who is strongly committed to\u00a0seeking modern methodologies<\/strong>\u00a0to enhance the investment landscape in Egypt and\u00a0pave the way for financial inclusion.<\/strong><\/p>\n
